Pizzeria Nenné

Nennè is a “pizzeria”, namely a restaurant specialised in pizzas, one of the most known Italian dishes.

In particular, Nennè is a pizzeria managed by Italian people form Naples, in fact both the products and the service reflect their origin.

As for the quality of food, I think that I ate very few better mozzarella before.

My pizza is called “estate”, namely summer. The pizza dough was made of kamut, which makes pizza much less heavy to digest. Then, as dressing, I had mozzarella, Gorgonzola, salami and fig jam. I really appreciated the combination of salt and sweet flavours.

Finally, the location is pretty simple, quite basic: I think that the intention is to reproduce the traditional Italian pizzeria, which is not aimed at being fancy, rather rustic.
