
Ingredients
- 300gr of carrots « à la julienne »
- 300gr of flour
- 50 gr of walnuts
- 1 envelpe of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 180 gr of sugar
- 1 envelope of vanilla flavoring
Preparation
Before starting to prepare the blend, set the oven at 150° and grease a baking pan where you will put the final mixture.
Mix the 3 eggs together with sugar till you obtain a smooth mixture.
Then, add all four and the envelope of baking powder little by little and continue mixing in order to avoid clumps. Once you have finished blending, add the envelope of vanilla flavoring and all carrots and mix again till you have a good mixture which is dense and free of clumps. Finally, squash nuts, add them to the blend and mix for the last time.
Fill the baking pan with the mixture and put it in the oven at 150° for 15 mins and then at 120° for 45 mins.
Attention, every oven is different, therefore continuously check you cake and adjust the temperature of the oven accordingly.
