Bagno Conchiglia is a beach club located in Cervia, Emilia Romagna 
It is managed by a couple, Albert and Monica. On the one hand, Albert is the one responsible of orders and advices you on which plates to order; he is also quite honest, as he is transparent in telling you whether you are ordering too much. On the other hand, Monica is the “sommelier” between the two; therefore, if you are indecisive and you don’t know which wine to order, trust Monica and her taste.
As for the location, I think it is quite subjective as a beach club is something quite peculiar as a place where to have a meal. Personally, I love eating at the beach, close to the sea, surrounded by the sand while looking at the stars.
In terms of food, the quality is really good. I had a fish-based dinner; as a starter I had a salmon tartare served with maracuja ice cream. The salmon was really good and the match with maracuja is really witty. Then, I had spaghetti with crustaceans, shrimps, mussels (etc.) and I continued with fish served with mixed pickled vegetables. Finally, I couldn’t help but order the dessert: I had chocolate salami, which was really good even though it was served cold. Also, you can find a pic of fiordilatte ice-cream served with black cherry; I didn’t eat it, but I tasted it and it was really yummy.
If you pass through or go to Cervia or close places, I would go to Bagno Conchiglia for either a meal or a day at the beach!
