Sunday brunch? A good choice could be AVO Brothers, situated close to Piazza Cinque Giornate. 

The menu proposes almost all plates meat-free; however, it has the “beyond” approach, meaning that plates present some mixture of veg ingredients that really get close to the meat’s savor.

As you could imagine, given the name “AVO Brothers”, they focus a lot on plates with avocado, they actually do some drinks with avocado such as the AVO Colada you can see in the picture. As for the location, inside it is really well-designed; to be honest it reminds me of the 30s’, which I like a lot. However, I decided to have brunch in the dehors. As for the service, being completely honest, I was expecting something more: maybe I was unlucky today, but before actually ordering I had to wait a lot as they were having some problems with online delivery, therefore they were a little bit too busy in the kitchen. Also, some plates were not available anymore, and it was only 1 p.m. Nevertheless, I like to think that this mismanagement is only due to an “unlucky” day.

As for, the quality is really good! For sure I’ll go back and try something new, maybe some bowls or desserts. I am sure that next time the service will match their high-quality food. Finally, I strongly suggest you to reserve, especially during the weekend.
